A Note From Our Principal
Summer is in full swing and we are having a great time teaching and learning with our students! We love having our campers here each day, and it’s been a joy to see them interact with one another throughout their camp experiences. Many of our older students have been taking time away from camp activities to go off campus for field trips. Field trips include splash park, museum visits and even heading to Romeo’s to make their own pizza. Young children are always captivated by new experiences and they absolutely love moving throughout the campus and participating in all of the activities planned for them. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer holds for us!
Splash Day Reminders
We have two Splash Days planned each week for our younger campers. Older campers head to the splash park once per week. As a reminder, older students should come to school in their swimsuit on splash park days. Make sure they have their swim shoes, a towel and a change of dry clothes labeled with their names. Younger students should have a swim suit, towel and water shoes on site on water play days. Label everything! Please apply sunscreen to your child before you drop them off. Our currently scheduled splash days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, weather permitting.
Summer Camp Reminders
On field trip days, campers should arrive at school wearing their camp t-shirt with sunscreen already applied. Campers should have a reusable water bottle at camp each day. Closed toed, comfortable shoes are required for all field trips except those involving water where we recommend water shoes.
