Inspiring a lifetime of active learning.

Our preschools offer an individualized program of learning based on the Montessori Method - a philosophy which recognizes that a child's physical, social, emotional and intellectual development are interrelated. As Montessori preschools, we help children to develop the habits, attitudes and skills that lead to a lifetime of active thinking. Children learn that the classroom can be an adventure, and parents are partners in that adventure.

What Parents are Saying

"My child is excited every day when we arrive at school, and is happy and engaged while at school. This is a reflection of the curriculum and activities offered to her as well as the wonderful teachers with whom she interacts."

"I love the open communication we have with the staff. The environment is calm and orderly, yet exciting for the children. My child looks forward to going to school and he grows as an individual each day he attends classes there."

Our early childhood classrooms are staffed by people who love to teach.
Each child has an innate ability to self-teach and an instinctive way of learning. The teacher's role is to guide and observe rather than dictate, which enables the child to progress at an individual pace and rhythm. A Montessori-trained teacher undergoes a minimum of a full year of instruction. This includes a year of supervised student teaching specialized for preschool children.

When you walk into our classrooms, you can recognize the Montessori Method at work in the collaborative environment and the respect the children show for each other and their surroundings. The goal is that a creative, self-motivated, well-rounded child will carry those traits through childhood and adulthood.

Our Montessori-certified teachers are dedicated to developing lifelong learners. They genuinely care about children, and have the sensitivity and knowledge to understand a child's individual developmental needs and learning styles. They take the time to help each child discover his or her own way of learning.

We ensure our teachers continuously perform at the highest level and continue to deepen their understanding of Montessori teaching techniques. To accomplish this, we sponsor professional development days and use internal and external trainers and consultants. Our principals also strive for self-improvement and participate in our annual national Principals' Conference.
