Expectations for education are higher than ever.

At Montessori Country Day School students ages 6-12 achieve academic proficiency and are also able to adapt their classroom learning to real-life situations. At our school, we make sure students are prepared for middle school and beyond by giving them a strong academic foundation and the chance to apply their knowledge. We ground our students in the core academics, and then we help them learn leadership, teamwork and the ability to effectively communicate.

Our Montessori classes continue to bring children of different age levels together, allowing them to progress at their own pace. Students explore mathematics, science and technology, the world of myth, literature, history, geography, civics, economics, anthropology, and the basic organization of human societies. Our well-rounded
curriculum includes art, French, music, and physical education. Early and extended hours are available to all students as needed. These programs blend traditional and Montessori materials in a classroom setting while maintaining Montessori standards.
